The Project has a 22 hectare site area and is planned to be built in 3 phases. It consists of 187 villas, 83 blocks, social facilities and green spaces. In the first phase 50 villas and 40 blocks, in second phase 61 villas and 2 blocks and in third phase 76 villas and 41 blocks will be completed.
