The founder of our Group of Companies, Mr. H. Ayduk Koray, after graduating from the Civil Engineering Faculty of Istanbul Technical University in 1950, established his own company and entered into independent business life. With an approach that aligns with contemporary art and construction concepts, he developed various industrial facilities and prestigious buildings, specializing particularly in exposed concrete applications, and quickly gained rightful recognition. This company, which successfully continued its operations until the end of 1975, transformed into a joint-stock company in line with administrative and technical needs.

In parallel with changing and evolving conditions, Koray has continuously developed, applying the requirements of construction techniques that progress every day in the shortest time and in the best possible way, creating buildings that can be considered among the most important works of modern Turkish architecture. In the following years, Koray became a General Contractor Group capable of providing the most reliable and high-quality services in every stage of the process, from concept creation to the turnkey construction of buildings and real estate development, achieving a significant position in the Turkish construction sector.

In addition to its domestic operations, Koray has carried out prestigious projects in Saudi Arabia, the Russian Federation, Azerbaijan, and Jordan.
