Proje Hakkında
As can be seen from the continuation of the same type of precast elements in both projects, this building was designed by the German architectural design group Von Gerkan-Marg+Partner, to form a unity with the adjacent Karum Commercial Center project. The 143 m high building has a total construction area of 38,000m², accommodating 295 guestrooms, 13 executive suites, 2 diplomatic suites and 1 presidential suite.
