Yapı Kredi Plaza project is the first modern business center built in Istanbul-Levent and pioneered the development of this area as a business center. Designed and constructed by KORAY and consisting of 3 blocks of 20 floors each, the project has a total construction area of 90.000 m². The complex has typical office floors of 972 m² and 6 electronically controlled elevators in each block. Centrally controlled heating, cooling and ventilation systems are built in accordance with ASHRAE standards.
