The project consists of three main parts: 57,000 m² of open office spaces, 17,500 m² of special function spaces such as auditorium, common areas, and cafeteria, and 67,500 m² of service spaces such as parking and archives. The main idea of the project is to have all office spaces together in one block above the ground floor to allow maximum flexibility in planning future work. Thanks to the location of all other functions on the ground and underground levels, the office spaces are located on the ground floor without interruption. The design of the office block will emphasize a transparent simplicity in contrast to the chaotic surroundings of the project.
