Headquarter Buildings of SYKB and Esbank

Designed and built by KORAY, this office complex has a total construction area of 32,560m² and consists of two towers connected to each other with a common core structure. The first tower contains the 12 office floors of SYKB (Industrial Investment and Development Bank), while the second tower has 14 floors belonging to Finansbank. These two towers share a common podium and 6 basement floors containing cafeterias, conference halls, a security center, administrative offices and a car park for 140 cars.
