Kasaba

Located in Ömerli, Istanbul, Kasaba is practically a small town by itself. The project, which was jointly developed by Is Bank and KORAY stretches to cover a total land plot area of 1.860 acres and consists of a total of 750 housing units comprised of 9 different types of private villas and 7 different types of townhouses. The scope of the project includes a 34.580 m² lake, a horse-riding club, a biological waste treatment station and a 7.500 m² social activity center with swimming pools, restaurants, bars and a fitness center. Total construction area of the buildings is 192.358 m².
