Located in Eskişehir, this project has a total construction area of 45,571m² built on a 57,000m² plot of land. It contains a total of 192 apartments with areas ranging from 136 to 184 m² in 3 storey high building blocks. Each apartment has electric shutters in the windows, a centrally monitored fire alarm system, UPS and access to social facilities that contain a covered swimming pool, open basketball and tennis courts, a sports and fitness center, a meeting room, a game room, sauna and massage rooms.
