Within the scope of Akbank’s Branch Network Transformation program’s first phase, a total of 427 branch offices having a total area of 181,492 sqm and later, during the second phase, a total of 250 branch offices having a total area of 109,682 sqm were re-designed and constructed according to personal-commercial-corporate criteria. 49 of these branch offices were structurally reinforced against earthquake risks.
