Real Estate Most of the business centers and residential projects designed and built by KORAY has led the development of new concepts particularly in Istanbul real estate market and become the concrete evidence of the success of KORAY in foreseeing the trends in the real estate sector. Closely following up the actual knowledge and trends related to modern lifestyles, living forms of the future and market values; KORAY continues to implement new projects by following the new zoning plans and municipality decisions related to city planning.
Project Management KORAY has a specialized and experienced project management team to complete tough and complex projects fully before the prescribed delivery date. All projects undertaken by KORAY are analyzed by this specialized staff, and the most efficient construction method is chosen by using CPM-based methods. Coordinating the design and implementation teams from the same center ensures to solve the problems that occur during the implementation process of the projects undertaken within the shortest period of time possible.
Branch Renewal & Restoration KORAY has a separate specialized group to undertake the construction services, which are required particularly by the companies that provide services through network of branches such as banking and financial organizations, during the process of transforming the corporate identity images that they have to renew over the course of time, to architectural platform. As part of its turnkey general contracting services, KORAY also undertakes the restoration and renovation works of historical buildings, and offers services to protect these buildings that are part of the historical legacy of our country and to re-construct all details in both indoors and outdoors in line with the original condition of such buildings.
Dormitories Our first project realized in 2010 within the Ahmet Necdet Sezer Campus of Afyon Kocatepe University continues to give service to 2,600 students. In September 2014, our Sakarya campus residence with a capacity for 1,000 students and İzmir Yüksek Teknoloji Enstitüsü campus residence for 600 students were opened. In 2016, our company has opened another 1500 student residence in Zonguldak/Kozlu, thus increasing the number of students served. Our goal as the first corporate company which comes to mind when people talk about student residences, is to attain 20,000 bed capacity in the near future and to continually increase the sector’s service standards
