Energy Investments and Operation ServicesDomestically and internationally, we engage in the establishment, construction, commissioning, leasing, and operation of power generation facilities, as well as electricity production, energy trading, and the sale of produced electricity and/or capacity to customers. Our solar power plants have a total installed capacity of 66.62 MWp and are located in regions with above-average solar irradiation in Turkey. Additionally, solar tracking systems installed in these plants enhance production efficiency and output. One of our subsidiaries, H29 Solar Enerji Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (H29 Solar Enerji), operates a biomass power plant that generates electricity through the combustion of animal and organic waste, and the produced electricity is sold to transmission and distribution companies in line with relevant energy market regulations. We also provide engineering, maintenance, repair, monitoring, and analysis services for solar power plants located both domestically and internationally.

Dormitories Our first project realized in 2010 within the Ahmet Necdet Sezer Campus of Afyon Kocatepe University continues to give service to 2,600 students. In September 2014, our Sakarya campus residence with a capacity for 1,000 students and İzmir Yüksek Teknoloji Enstitüsü campus residence for 600 students were opened. In 2016, our company has opened another 1500 student residence in Zonguldak/Kozlu, thus increasing the number of students served. Our goal as the first corporate company which comes to mind when people talk about student residences, is to attain 20,000 bed capacity in the near future and to continually increase the sector’s service standards.
