Portville Villas project is a part of Gocek Marina Resort Tourism Complex invested by Anatolian Tourism Investments Co. Inc. The project has a land area of 40,000m² and consists of 130 villas, some of which can be reached from the sea by a water channel. The architectural design of the 20,513 m² project was made by WAT & G and Cemal Mutlu who designed the villas to have different façades that are integral parts of an overall architectural concept.
