Built on a 29-hectare plot of land that is approximately 9km away from Ekaterinburg city center, this 230,000 m² shopping center was conceived by Callison Architecture and consists of two storeys. The lower storey of the building serves as an open parking area and the upper storey contains 120 shops, a supermarket and two Do-it-yourself stores. Mechanical, electrical, architectural and shop drawings of the project were designed by KORAY, according to the architectural concept conceived by Callison architects.
