This 73,000m² residential development in Kemerburgaz, north-west of Istanbul, was built on a 100,000m² plot of land and contains a wide variety of housing units ranging from small studio apartments to private villas with six bedrooms. The external landscaping of the project features a 10,200m² pond, bridges and a 8,500m² social facilities center  which contains outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a spa center, a kindergarden, squash courts, restaurants, sports and fitness facilities, tennis and basketball courts and a multi-purpose conference hall. Designed by C.M.L.A. Architects and Planners, this project won the first prize in the MIPIM Real Estate Awards for being the best Residential Development in 2002.
