Istanbul Zen was jointly designed by architects Jean Pierre Le Clef and Han Tümertekin. The project consists of 3 blocks which contain a total of 74 apartments with living areas ranging from 111 to 229m². The project has a total construction area of 21,390m² and was built on a 10,000m² plot of land.
