Designed by Architect Dr. Khaled Azzam and developed by KORAY's architectural design department, this educational complex which has a total construction area of 45,000m² was built in Madaba, Jordan, about 35 km southwest of Amman on a 620,000m² plot of land. The project consists of an education building, student dormitories, guesthouses, an administration building, a dining hall, a library, an auditorium and several sporting facilities including indoor and outdoor sports. Scope of work included full furnishing, landscaping, external mechanical and electrical installations. After two years of construction period the project was completed at June 2006.
