Podium section of the project consists of 7 basements+Ground Floor+2 normal floors and the tower section of the project has 7 basements+ground floor+43 office floors. The typical office floors of the tower section is planned to provide A+ office spaces with a heliport at the roof. The project aims to be awarded with a Leed Gold Green Building Certificate.
