The project, developed on an area of 9,034 m2 in Maslak, was designed as a tower rising on a two-story podium and was planned to serve the open market area needed by the region.

The project's approximate construction area is 50,000 m2, and the preliminary design was made as a total of 30 floors, 5 basements and 25 above ground. In terms of aesthetic design, unlike the two-dimensional structures rising in the form of glass boxes like the projects in the region, it is thought that it will add depth with cantilever balconies and strengthen the third-dimensional effect, adding value to its surroundings and increasing the value of the region.

The Leed Gold Certified project, which includes approximately 200 units in the home office concept, 1+1 and 2+1, and 25 commercial units, is aimed to start in 2026.
