The project consists of two parcels. The Business Center parcel involves shell & core offices, shopping center and indoor car-park floors with approximately 85.000 sqm indoor area. The other parcel that has approximately 175.000 sqm indoor area involves the Operations Center, Information Technologies Center, Training Center and Guest House buildings. There are 4 basement floors and ground floor + 3 normal floors in the building complex that consists of 8 separate blocks on 42.800 sqm foundation area. The building has LEED Silver Green Building Certificate.
