The Hill project was jointly designed by KORAY and BPI Real Estate partnership with the philosophy "A New Home is A New Life". The first phase of the project, which will eventually reach a total construction area of 13.700 m², covers an area of 9.330 m² with forty-four apartments in seven buildings. Each apartment will have a private entrance, either a beautiful sea view or an exposure to a lush green garden.
