The Upland project, located at the highest point of Göktürk and directly adjacent to the Belgrade Forest, consists of 187 apartments and 8 commercial units on a 20 thousand square meter land. The project, where almost the entire land is used as a landscape area, includes functions such as a social facility offering extensive facilities such as a fitness center, sauna, Finnish bath, two outdoor swimming pools, and a running and walking track surrounding the entire site. The project, which offers different types of apartments from 1+1 to 4+1; from 110 square meters to 436 square meters, also includes the use of a garden and terrace. The project, which started in 2024, is planned to be completed in 2026.
