Yapı Kredi Plaza
Yapi Kredi Plaza office complex was the first modern business center built in Levent, Istanbul and greatly contributed to the development of the district as the financial center of the city. The project, which was designed and built by KORAY, has a total construction area of 90,000m² and consists of three 20-storey office blocks, housing 2 open space offices with total area of 972m² on each typical floor. The centrally controlled heating, ventilation and air conditioning system of the complex conforms to ASHRAE standards, and each block has six electronically controlled lifts.
